Diet Protocol-
Diet Lesson 1A-Carbs

There are two kinds of carbohydrates, simple and complex. Simple carbs are sugars, but should only be eaten if they are from the right source like fruits and vegetables
  1. Best fruits: pineapple, apple, melon, cantaloupe, bananas, and strawberries
  2. The worst fruits: orange/citrus, raisins, grapes (DON’T WORRY: one glass OJ in the morning, a few raisins, and a few glasses of wine each week is O.K., but just don’s over do it.)
  3. Veggies Rule: Fried or drenched in butter = NOT good
  4. Boiled = Better, steamed, even better, but raw is best!
  5. Best Veggies: spinach (has protein and iron), broccoli, asparagus, all beans, and corn. Carrots and tomatoes are higher in sugars, but are still very good for you.

Diet Lesson 1B-Protein

  1. Protein is a must for lean muscle. Lean muscle actually raises you metabolism and helps you BURN MORE FAT. Also, during a workout you break the muscles down, thus protein is critical to rebuild.
  2. Best sources of protein (in order, best first): Whey protein powder, fish, chicken, turkey, egg whites, lean red meat, and beans.

Diet Lesson 1C-Fat

  1. Believe it or not, you do need some fat. It’s crucial for healthy hair and skin. The very best source is Flax Seed Oil, however it should be taken orally. NOT cooked.
  2. Avoid any kind of partially hydrogenated oils because the manufacturing process does not allow the body to easily breakdown these fats. For example: peanut butter (sorry!)
  3. Remember: vegetable fats (hummus) are better than animal fats. You do need red meat, chicken, and turkey, but the key is moderation.

Diet Lesson 1D-Salt

  1. Salt make your body hold water and makes you bloated. So avoid canned foods, deli meats, canned soups, etc.

Lesson 2-exercise

  1. Do your cardio first thing in the morning, on an empty stomach. This tricks your body to go into the storage room (fat cells) for energy, instead of the food in your stomach. And, tricking your body like this causes it to keep going to the storage room throughout the day.
  2. Lesson 3-eat 5-6 small meals a day (every 3 hours)
  3. Digesting food takes energy. If you are constantly digesting food, you are constantly burning energy.
  4. Plus, you need to manage your protein intake. If you take in too much all at once, what your body does not need, it will throw away. Key points to remember:
  5. Remember to drink a lot of water throughout the day.
  6. Amazing thing is, if you do this and stick to it, your body will get hungry like “clock work” and you will know almost exactly when the three hours has passed!
  7. Once a week, live a little and allow yourself to have some of the things you love. This your reward, look forward to it. Enjoy and savor!2. Detox information-She can do Detox for
